Short-Term
Months 1-3: Build community and engagement around the project via X, raising awareness to our cause.
Partner with a local shelter in the area to support for our initial collection. Launch our first collection featuring scenic Upstate New York using SentX via HashPack on Hedera. 75% of all sales donated.
25% remaining from first collection will be used to optimize and secure our website and domain, fund upcoming projects. Build and grow our support network amongst shelters and online communities.

Short to Long-Term
Months 3-6: Continue to grow our presence in the NFT community, finalize second collection for launch. (Month 3)
Increase our number of shelter partners and their exposure to Web3 and the digital community; Raise awareness to the potential for a new level of trust and transparency amongst animal shelters and other organizations/non-profits.
Months 6-12: Bring awareness to Hedera and its innovations for potential use cases for animal shelters and other non-profits/organizations.

By using these types of innovations, we aim to minimize the ecological footprint and operational costs of shelters and NPOs not yet thought of to be streamlined amongst the greater NPO community.

Following our first successful year, we aim to open one of the first animal rescues powered and driven solely by Hedera, officially converting into a 501(c)(3), with a focus primarily on supporting already overcrowded shelters and emergency rescues throughout the northeast.

Our Story/First Collection
Founded in 2025, Northern Pixel is committed to supporting animal rescues and shelters across the Northeast, beginning in Upstate New York. Through the HBAR community and Hedera's innovative technology, we're crafting a new era of transparency and trust for NPOs, as we work to establish our own shelter, becoming one of the first and only animal shelters to be powered by Hedera, driven by its community.
